Laser Tracker – Measures from 0 to 100 feet. The compact design allows for fast accurate measurements. Uses include Inspection, Alignments, and Reverse Engineering. The advanced software allows inspection that compares to CAD Data directly.

Articulating Arm CMM - This 8 foot diameter measuring range will allow inspection of large pieces. The portability and options such as the magnetic mount allow fast, accurate measurements to be taken. The same advanced software allows inspection directly to the CAD models. This CMM also can do reverse engineering.

Laser – Arm Combo – The laser and the arm can be combined in the same coordinate system and the arm can measure things that are not “line if sight”. This combination allows access to information that before was virtually impossible to obtain.

Renishaw Laser System – The Renishaw Ml10x Laser is used with its’ numerous accessories to measure flatness, linear and squareness. The units’ high accuracy makes it useful for many exacting applications including CMM mapping and machine cutting tool alignment.

Programming – If you own your own equipment or contract with ours we can provide programming services. Take advantage of the advancements in CAD to have programs ready when the 1st parts are done not days or weeks later.
Instrument Calibration– We offer calibration and certification of your Laser Trackers and Articulating Arm CMM’s. We are an A2LA accredited facility with years of experience in the field.

Startup, Validation - We can assist in the startup of the process or the switch over from an existing to a new control system.

Training & Support - Training can be provided for either system. We can train your operators to be more effective inspectors. We also can offer support to your measuring systems. The TIC-MS Inc.
